Training room requirements for training courses provided at your location
When Ascent Technology provides training courses at your location, Ascent Technology
bases course content on your specific product configuration, hardware and software
platform, knowledge base, business rules, data, and operational procedures.
To avoid distractions and disruptions, we ask that the training area be quiet and separate
from areas in which other activities occur. When trainees are interrupted by
co-workers and normal business activities, it may be difficult to concentrate and to learn.

ARIS/SmartBase database and the incoming data feeds used in actual operations.
Connect the ARIS/SmartBase database server and the trainee workstations to
the virtual private network (VPN), or other connectivity mechanism through which Ascent

- If you gain access to Ascent Technology products via a hosted software subscription,
connect each workstation to Ascent Technology's hosting facility via a secure

to the start of training, so Ascent Technology's technical staff can ensure that
the hardware and software are operating properly.
